Description

Doug buys a pumpkin to get in the Halloween spirit. When Arthur sees it, he smashes it and forbids the celebration of any decorations or celebration of Halloween. Doug is tired of Arthur making his own rules, so he goes all out and decorates every inch of the house. When Arthur sees what Doug has done, he is so badly scared that he nearly has a heart attack and ends up in the hospital. Doug later finds out that Arthur's aversion to Halloween is because of a traumatic childhood, and he feels guilty about what he's done. He tries to make it up to him by driving all over the city looking for Arthur's favorite childhood treat, Lemon Italian Ice. Meanwhile, Deacon is determined to find his son Kirby a Halloween costume that is cool and masculine. He is frustrated because there aren't any black superheros. It doesn't matter though because in the end, Kirby chooses his own costume. Blossom, a Power Puff Girl.
