Description

Doug and Carrie are finishing up their Christmas shopping together when Doug catches a man hitting on Carrie. When Doug's wallet turns up missing a few hours later, Carrie thinks he must have misplaced it, but Doug is convniced it was stolen by Carrie's admirer - who happens to be a little person. To prove he is right, Doug gets Arthur to help him play detective to gather evidence that it was the little person from the department store. After all, who else would rack up charges at a tailor, and a ladder store?
