Description

Doug wants one thing - to watch the NCAA finals in peace and quiet, but Carrie wants him to spend time with Arthur instead. When Doug wins a grand prize of two tickets to St. Louis to see the final game, he agrees to take Arthur with him, because Carrie has promised that if he does, she will never ask him to do anything for Arthur ever again. The trip is one disaster after another. Meanwhile, Carrie is looking forward to time alone in the house with Doug and Arthur out of town, but her plans are ruined when Doug's father drops by unexpectedly.
