Description
Jared, the new IPS driver, is having a BBQ at his house, and invites all his co-workers - except Doug. Doug tries to create a friendship with Jared, but his attempts do more harm than good. Meanwhile, Carrie finds out that no one at work likes her and she is trying to gain popularity with her co-workers by giving the timid office wallflower a major makeover.
