Description

NCIS investigates the death of a Navy lieutenant whose body was found at a construction site. Ziva thinks about her future and has a life-changing decision to make when Ray asks her to marry him. It's soon revealed that Ray is the one responsible for killing the victim and disgusted, Ziva punches him before breaking up with him for good.
