Jackpot and White House watch over a high school basketball game, where Jackpot meets up with a street hustler, who was once his manager and is now managing new prospects. McLaren and Kahn check for street vendor licences, while a pickpocket is on the loose, with McLaren being one of the pickpocket victims.
