Three's Company

Man About the House was a British sitcom about a man sharing a flat with two single girls.

Things spiral out of control after Penny tells a white lie to avoid an irritating childhood friend (Mary Elizabeth Ellis); Dave and Max's lonely and jealous landlord (Ben Falcone) falls for Alex.

The episode features Peter taking control of his father-in-law's billon dollar empire, once he is incapacitated in a coma. Peter becomes power hungry, however, causing Lois and Carter to trick him into relinquishing control of the company.

Homer and Chief Wiggum become friends after Homer shares a sandwich with Wiggum during his community service sentence. Meanwhile, Bart becomes addicted to a Japanese kids' game called Battle Ball, but Marge and Principal Skinner believe that Bart is dealing drugs.

Peter gets out of paying a hefty hospital bill by declaring that he's dead, only to get a surprise visit from Death himself. However, Death injures himself while chasing Peter and is unable to do his job, which makes everyone on Earth immortal, so Peter must stand in as the new Grim Reaper.

Doug and Carrie go to Florida to visit Doug's parents. While they are there, it comes to light that Rocky, Doug's childhood dog, isn't the original Rocky after all. In fact, Rocky is the third "replacement" dog. While there, Doug learns many more bits of truth about his life that he is not prepared to handle. Meanwhile, back in Queens, Spence wants to introduce his new girlfriend, Denise, to his mother. He is worried that the two won't get along, so he asks for Arthur's help to join them for dinner and make sure things go smoothly. Unfortunately, Arthur makes things worse and ends up ruining the dinner, and possibly Spence's relationship with Denise.

Frankie tries to make Sue appear more popular on Facebook, Frankie's dad (Jerry Van Dyke) makes Mike listen to long-winded life stories. Meanwhile, Brick and Axl try to create a viral video.

Jack's torn between Avery and Nancy. Liz is reduced to attending YMCA singles events. Toofer is appalled when Tracy tells him his writing job at TGS is affirmative action.

Tracy interrupts Liz's summer vacation. Meanwhile Jack feels lonely and turns to Kenneth, while Jenna must choose between being the Wool Council spokeswoman and her relationship with Paul.

The series focused on middle-aged couple Stanley and Helen Roper who were landlords to Jack, Janet, Chrissy, and Larry on Three's Company.
