Daria

The show centers on a pair of teenagers, Beavis and Butt-head, who live in the fictional town of Highland. They while away their time in sarcastic conversation, fantasizing about sex and masculinity, although they have no real-world experience with either thing. They attend Highland High (based on a real high school in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where Judge grew up) and occasionally work at part-time jobs, putting as little effort as possible into everything they do. They survive their misadventures without serious consequences, and with a generally contented, though critical (not apathetic) worldview. During each episode, Beavis and Butt-head watch and make fun of two or three music videos.

Kimmy enrolls into an adult GED class in an attempt to pass the eighth grade. There, she encounters a teacher (Richard Kind) that could not care less for her education, and would much rather screw up until he's placed in a room where he can do nothing. He uses his tenure as a stand for never actually getting fired. Kimmy, who is vehemently against this, enlists her classmates - including a Vietnamese immigrant named Dong Nguyen (Ki Hong Lee) - to fight against the teacher.

Is It College Yet? is a 2002 American animated television comedy-drama film written by Glenn Eichler and Peggy Niccoll, and directed by Karen Disher. First broadcast on January 21, 2002, the film was the second of two movie-length installments of MTV's animated television series Daria, and served as the series finale. The first music video for "Breaking Up the Girl" by Garbage premiered as part of the film, featuring a Daria montage, and the song was promoted as the "theme song" for College; the song used to open the film was Splendora's last ever song "College Try (Gives Me Blisters)". The two telemovies, Is It Fall Yet? and Is It College Yet?, chronicled, respectively, the summer hiatus between the school years of seasons four and five, and the end of high school for the characters. Is It College Yet? was produced in lieu of an abbreviated, six-episode sixth season requested by MTV. Series creator Glenn Eichler had planned to wrap the show with the fifth-season finale "Boxing Daria", believing that there was no more story to tell. Eichler agreed to write Is It College Yet? in order to have a true series finale for Daria.[citation needed] The film was released on both VHS and DVD formats on August 27, 2002 (the two year anniversary of the premiere of the first film), and was included on the DVD release of Daria: The Complete Animated Series on May 11, 2010. The film has yet to see a blu-ray release.
