The Dukes of Hazzard

Ian is hitchhiking with Monica, and Mickey is having sex with various people. Fiona is told by a band member that she might need to leave Gus. Fiona tries to pursue Sean but is reprimanded and told to "grow up". Lip is publicly dumped by Amanda after he sets her up because she randomly waited for him. She punches him and storms out of a library sobbing. Fiona catches Derek in bed with Debbie and Fiona disapproves and Debbie reveals that she desires pregnancy. Fiona presses the abortion option if that is case and hypocritically reasons that Debbie's life will be "ruined" with Debbie counter arguing that Fiona married Gus too soon. Frank and Bianca are holidaying in Costa Rica in a oceanside shack but have conflicts of interests. Frank buys a gun, only to have Bianca play Russian roulette and Frank taking the gun from her, gets shot in the other arm, with Frank laughing at the irony. Bianca is experiencing progressing cancer. The next morning, Bianca wanders into the ocean naked, never seen again. She leaves Frank and her family money. Ian and Monica visit her boyfriend; Walter, a teenage trailer dwelling meth cooker. Ian begins to fight with Walter and misses Mickey. Mickey is called by Ian that he's back. Mickey runs over to the Gallagher household, unsure of Ian, with Ian explaining that he accepts his condition and wont take his meds. Although Mickey still wants to be with him but Ian hints that he won't be a burden on Mickey if that is the case. Mickey is torn over Ian's stubborness when he notices Sammi appearing, with a gun. She starts to chase Mickey and shooting at him while he runs taunting her. Fiona and Veronica run outside, seeing police cruisers go by and welcome Ian back. They go back into the house with ending credits. An intercut scene of Ian and Lip smoking in Frank's van and Lip explaining his cut lip, laughs over women in general. Frank walks up and says; "She's gone." with Lip and Ian both chuckling. The next scene is Carl and Chuckie in juvie in their opposite gangs confronting each other. Security guards running to fighting noises and an alarm blares hints at an uncertain event. Debbie reading a pregnancy test exclaims both enthusiastically and concernedly.

It's six months since we last saw everyone and Nancy is in full bloom. Esteban proposes, and all seems right with the world until Nancy discovers there's another woman in Esteban's life. Andy, meanwhile, has gone on a spending spree and let himself go. Now he must come to terms with the new order of things. Celia, unhappy in her job at the mall, discovers an opportunity in the world of cosmetics. Shane spends an eye-opening day with Ignacio. Silas and Doug's medical marijuana dispensary is in full operation. But Deputy C.P. Jones continues his meddling ways.

After destroying an "Elec-Taurus" electric car in a test run, the Simpsons are given free tickets to Mel Gibson's new film, a remake of Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. Mel Gibson, however, laments his current role without violence and wants someone to give him criticism. When Homer sees Mel talking with Marge, he gives Mel a brutal review, leading Mel to believe that Homer is the only man brave enough to give suggestions. As a result, he hires him to create a better ending. However, when the ending proves to be too controversial, Mel and Homer end up on the run from studio executives with the film

Phil and Claire are fearful when they find out that Luke has befriended their old neighbor, Mr. Kleezak. Jay tries to avoid sitting through a symphony concert with Gloria and Manny, but unfortunately is forced to hang out with Mitchell and Cameron on their "boys' night out", while Haley is babysitting Lily.

Peter accidentally loses the reservation for Stewie's first birthday party at a local restaurant, and must create a new party. Meanwhile, Stewie misinterprets the meaning of "birthday" and assumes that the same mysterious "Man in White" who delivered him as an infant will be returning to force him back into Lois' womb. Peter fails to put together a party in time for Stewie's birthday, and reroutes a circus parade into the Griffins' backyard. Peter gives Meg permission to go to a "party" at her friend's house, not realizing that it is a cult meeting where the members will commit mass suicide by drinking poisoned punch. Peter retrieves Meg before the cult members drink the punch. The cult leader notices that Meg did not drink; he puts on his white robe and goes to the Griffins' house. Stewie traps and kills the cult leader, thinking he is the "Man in White".

Now that Kelly has left, Deacon is worried about providing a nice Thanksgiving holiday for his kids. Doug decides to "loan" Carrie to Deacon for a couple of nights in order to help him prepare for his big Thanksgiving dinner. Deacon is gracious at first, but then he realizes that Carrie is not the world's greatest cook, and she is beginning to get on his nerves, so he begs Doug to take her back. Deacon recruits Holly to take over the cooking and Thanksgiving preparations, and things only get worse when Carrie finds out about his little secret.

Jules comes up with a creative type of hide-and-seek game when Travis can't fix the TV for the gang's movie night; the gang meets Bobby's new friend.

After being encouraged to be more of a daredevil by Burt, Jimmy jumps at the chance of showing off his bolder side at a party at Frank's house. Frank and Jimmy realize they have shared a common high school bully, and when they try to take him down, they realize their old bully has changed.

Silas and Nancy find a new form for an old business venture which leaves them in the green; Doug also finds himself slipping into past habits for dealing with his homeless people. Meanwhile, Andy is having trouble connecting with Joanna as Shane and Angela deal with both sides of the law.

Ramos and Flores figure out ways to rebel against authority. A news item has an unexpected effect. Red and Lorna face personal disappointment.

The NFL commercial features a ton of new and old pop culture TV references. The are saying everyone is part of the NFL family of fans. It begins with a car pulling up outside of the Brady Bunch house with a big football player in the front yard. We then see characters from Happy Days with a Green Bay Packers helmet serving bowl and the Fonze wearing a jersy, some girls from 90210 in Raiders gear, and Jerry and Kramer from Seinfeld in Giants and Bills clothes. We then see Andy and Dwight from The Office in front of a Super Bowl Party Planning Committee sign with everyone in Steelers gear, The Sopranos in Jets outfits, Jerry from Seinfeld in a Giants sweatshirt and Newman in a Cowboys costume, Norm from Cheers in a Patriots jersey, ???, the Golden Girls putting out food for a football party, and Joey and Jesse from Full House in 49ers stuff. We then see Bo and Luke Duke from the Dukes of Hazzard with a Falcon fuzzy dice on the General Lee, the Family Guy gang in jerseys including Cleveland Brown in a Browns sweatshirt, Bert and some Muppet friends, the dad and Urkel from Family matters playing with a football with food for the big game in Bears clothes, the Marsha football nose-smashing scene from The Brady Bunch, and ALF in a Panthers shirt. Barney and the gang from How I Met Your Mother, the Fonza making the TV work by pounding it, the cast of friends in Jets shirts, Family Guy watching the Big Game and Peter has a Patriots jersey with "Hi Tom" (Brady) on the back, the Glee case, part of the Modern Family cast, a large group from the system gathered to watch the game, and the Fonz again. We then get the simple words, "Best. Fans. Ever." followed by the kids from South Park worried about missing the commercials. Alright it's party time. I've got three different types of pretzels, I've got six different types of salsa... chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream... 48 pack of waffles, a gallon of barbecue sauce. 20 seconds to "go time" - carb up.
