Kimmy gets a call from Cyndee, from the cult after Titus sends her a letter to her because he believes that she needs to talk to someone about her life in the bunker. Jacqueline takes Kimmy to her surgeon (Martin Short), prompting Kimmy to want to get a new face because she doesn't want to get recognized from the bunker. Titus auditions for a spot in a Broadway production, after Kimmy convinces him that he needs to be more confident in himself. Later, she also explains to Jacqueline that she needs to accept herself for who she is and not focus so much on her looks. Kimmy then realizes that she needs someone to talk to about the bunker and invites Cyndee to come visit her in New York.

Jack stages pre-made telethons for disaster relief. Angie's reality show camera crew follows Tracy around the TGS studios, and Liz hopes to use the camera's presence to force him into working harder. Lutz fibs to make himself indespensable.

After enrolling in a rehabilitation center, Hank adjusts well his time there and meets a fellow patient named Faith. Charlie who poses as a homosexual agent signs a award-winning gay actor as a client. Marcy deals with the return of Stu while Karen gets a job as a house keeper unknowingly to her of rock musician Atticus Fetch.

Frankie is determined to obtain tickets to a Justin Bieber concert for Sue. Elsewhere, Mike trains Brick for the annual school spelling bee, and Axl and his friends attempt to break a speed limit on foot.

When Frankie is suddenly fired from Ehlert Motors, she embarks on a quest not to repeat mistakes from the past by taking any crummy job that comes her way, deciding to go instead to tech school to secure a real career. Meanwhile, school has begun and Axl is starting his Senior year in high school, Sophomore Sue takes on the task of mentoring new freshman Jenna Taylor, and Mike is upset with Brick when he can't be bothered to put his book down to meet some of Mike's friends after a softball game.

While other kids begin receiving college acceptance letters and Axl still hasn't, Frankie and Mike begin to worry that their son's chances for a sports scholarship have passed him by. Meanwhile, Sue is determined to prove that smiling is contagious as a hypothesis for a school science project, and a relentless Brick begins pestering his parents for an iPad
