Family Guy is an American animated television series created by Seth MacFarlane for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The series centers on the Griffins, a dysfunctional family consisting of parents Peter and Lois; their children Meg, Chris, and Stewie; and their anthropomorphic pet dog Brian. The show is set in the fictional city of Quahog, Rhode Island, and bases much of its humor on parodying American pop culture.

Peter is sick of opposing football teams thanking God for beating the Patriots, so he and the guys go on a quest to find the Lord and ask Him to stop determining the outcomes of football games.

Chris is forbidden to see Jerome's daughter Pam, so when the kids run away together, Jerome and Peter must work together to find them.

Lois competes as a boxer with Peter as her manager. She soon discovers a set of skills she never thought she had.

Brian and Stewie go back in time to the very first episode of the series.

Peter and the guys take a stand against their wives and flee to the Deep South on a road trip. On the way there, the men earn a one-way ticket to jail. But when they decide to make a run for it, Joe's quick planning and Peter's seductive ways help them escape. Meanwhile, Lois spends some quality time with the girls and they engage in childish antics.

Brian gives Stewie herpes, while Peter and the guys fight to reclaim their favorite booth at the Drunken Clam from another group.

Cleveland returns to Quahog, with his new family accompanying him. But when a conflict arises between Lois and Donna, it is up to Peter and Cleveland to reconcile their wives in order to save their friendship.

After attending a nuclear power convention with Lenny and Carl; and not returning until a week after the convention ended, Homer's attitude changes drastically, as he no longer is eating fat foods or drinking beer, and manages to satisfy Marge in bed better since the conference. Lisa begins to investigate her dad. She finds blueprints of the nuclear plant and sees him praying to Mecca on a prayer mat, making her believe Homer may be planning a terrorist attack on the nuclear plant. Lisa calls FBI agent Annie Crawford to do a further investigation, where she grows a slight attraction to Homer in the process. One day, Homer goes to the nuclear plant with an unfamiliar device. Lisa follows Homer there, and he reveals that at the convention, he befriended a group of hippies, who hypnotized him with music from Grateful Dead and encouraged him to lead a more environmentally-considerate life. It is also revealed that Homer's prayer mat was actually a relaxation mat given to him from the hippies. The device in question that Homer has would destroy the plant's air conditioning device should it be activated. But before he can turn it on, Crawford arrests him. Lisa, now proud of her father's project, turns on the device before Chief Wiggum can stop her. Despite the device turning on, nothing happens, as Mr. Burns reveals that the plant does not have air conditioning. Mr. Burns is then arrested for his lack of installing a proper system in the plant. Homer then begins drinking beer again, after grabbing a beer from a parachute (that was launched by Moe), and reverting to his old ways.

Peter retells the story of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

When the Griffins are selected to have their television viewing habits monitored, Peter attempts to take over television airwaves.

Brian and Stewie go on an adventure to find and kill Santa Claus. They make their way to the North Pole in hopes of teaching him something about holiday cheer.

Brian and Stewie go back in time to stop Bertram from killing Leonardo da Vinci and erasing Stewie from existence.

In a special hour-long crossover with The Simpsons, the Griffins meet the Simpson family when they end up in Springfield while on a road trip. Stewie takes lessons in pranks and skateboarding from Bart; Lois and Marge bond over their idiot husbands; Lisa discovers - to her annoyance - that Meg is as good at playing the saxophone as she is and Peter gets into a brawl with Homer over which brand of beer is the best – Pawtucket or Duff.
