It's Memorial Day weekend, 1966, and Don's children are spending the holiday with him and his new wife, Megan, at the Draper's new and stylish Manhattan apartment. Pete struggles at SCDP because of Roger continually attempting to undermine him through his accounts. Joan, on maternity leave after giving birth to her son, Kevin, has a helping house-guest in her mother. Megan throws a surprise birthday party for Don at their apartment with all of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce in attendance, except for Joan.

While trying to buy a new car, Jimmy is told by the dealership salesman that he has the worst credit rating he's ever seen. Jimmy discovers his parents bought a bunch of expensive items on credit (in his name) when he was a child, and never paid, and that this is the reason they pay cash for everything now. Feeling bad, Virginia and Burt give their car to Jimmy, then purchase a used DeLorean sports car. Jimmy and his parents then go to extreme lengths to convince the original credit officer (Christopher Lloyd) to erase Jimmy's credit history.

A prostitute who is acquainted with Ashby and Hank claims that Hank is better in bed. Karen comes under the spell of a self-help guru. Charlie pitches himself as an agent, and wants to help Daisy with her porn career.

It is discovered that Loretta takes Cleveland's house in the divorce, while Cleveland get's his overweight son, Cleveland Jr. After Peter blows up the house, Cleveland decides to pursue his dream of being a Minor League baseball scout in California. As he is driving away, Stewie exclaims, "What the hell! He's getting his own show?" On the way to California, they decide to stop in Cleveland's hometown of Stoolbend, Virginia. While visiting his old school he runs into his high school sweetheart, Donna Tubbs. They are invited to stay with Donna where they meet her children Rallo (a 5-year old ladies man), and Roberta (a troubled high school student), and her neighbors Lester (a sterotypical redneck), Holt (a short yuppie who still lives with his mother), Tim (a talking bear), and Federline Jones (Roberta's boyfriend). After helping Donna's children solve some of their problems, Donna tells Cleveland she and her children need a man in their lives. Unfortunately she was talking about getting back together with her ex, Robert. Upset, Cleveland leaves early to continue the trip to California, but C Jr. persuades his father to turn around a pursue his love. He confesses his love to Donna and they get married.

A CEO begins experiencing vision problems days before a major business decision, and House sees it as the perfect way to fund the department through a little blackmail. Meanwhile, Dr. Park prepares for her disciplinary hearing, and Dr. Adams reveals something about her past. Final diagnosis: Hyperviscosity syndrome secondary to rheumatoid arthritis
