Best Werewolf Movies

Ben White attends the funeral of his sister, journalist Karen White. Presumably the funeral of Karen's husband Bill Neil(who also became a werewolf and died in the first movie)has already taken place. Ben meets both Jenny Templeton, one of Karen's colleagues, and Stefan Crosscoe, a mysterious interloper who claims the slain reporter was a werewolf. Providing videotaped evidence of the transformation - and turning up to destroy Karen as her undead body rises from the grave - Crosscoe convinces Ben and Jenny to accompany him to Transylvania to battle Stirba, an immortal werewolf queen.

Fort Bailey, a trading fort in the western Canadian wilderness. Each spring a party of thirty six men from the fort traveled to Hudson's Bay in boats laden with pelts. The men returned in Autumn with provisions to see the fort through the harsh winter. In 1815 the party never returned. With the men two months overdue, the freshly orphaned Fitzgerald sisters (their parents having drowned), stranded in the wilderness, are brought to the fort by a resident Indian Hunter. The men there are suspicious of them, but, reluctantly, the sisters are permitted to stay.

Karen White is a television news anchor who is being stalked by a serial murderer named Eddie Quist. In cooperation with the police, she takes part in a scheme to capture Eddie by agreeing to meet him in a sleazy porno theater. Eddie forces Karen to watch a video of a young woman being raped, and when Karen turns around to see Eddie she screams. The police enter and shoot Eddie, and although Karen is safe, she suffers amnesia. Her therapist, Dr. George Waggner, decides to send her and her husband, Bill Neill, to "The colony", a secluded resort in the countryside where he sends patients for treatment.

NYPD Detective Dewey Wilson is assigned to solve a bizarre set of violent murders in which it appears the victims were killed by animals. In his investigation, Wilson learns of an Indian legend about wolf spirits, and that there may be predatory shapeshifters living in the vicinity.

In the opening scene, a man is seen under attack, almost managing an escape from the Parisian sewers before an unseen creature pulls him back. Meanwhile, tourist Andy McDermott is seeing the sights of Paris with his friends Brad and Chris. When Serafine Pigot leaps off the Eiffel Tower just before Andy is about to do a bungee-jump, he executes a mid-air rescue. She vanishes into the night, leaving Andy intrigued - and also unaware that she is the offspring of the couple seen 16 years ago in the earlier film. Andy tracks her down, asks for a date, attends a party, and winds up in her bed. When he awakens, he has toothmarks on his leg and is informed that he's making a transformation into a werewolf, confirmed by his sudden taste for raw steaks. Serafine explains that her stepfather (seen in the film's opening scene) has been working on a drug to control her werewolf transformations. Beneath a full moon, the love story continues.

The main plot revolves around Selene, a vampire who is a "Death Dealer", or Lycan hunter, due to her hatred for the whole species. She finds herself attracted to a human, Michael Corvin who is being targeted by the Lycans. After Michael is bitten by a Lycan, Selene must decide whether to do her "duty" and kill him or go against her clan and save him.

Two American college students, David Kessler (Naughton) and Jack Goodman (Dunne), are backpacking across the Yorkshire moors when they are attacked by a large, unknown animal. Jack is killed, but David survives the mauling and is taken to a hospital in London. When he wakes up some time later, he does not remember what happened and is told of his friend's death. Things get stranger when he is visited by Jack's ghost, which takes the distressing form of a reanimated corpse, who explains that they had been attacked by a werewolf, meaning that David himself is now a werewolf. Jack urges David to kill himself before the next full moon, not only because Jack is cursed to exist in a state of living death for as long as the bloodline of the werewolf that attacked them survives, but also to prevent David from inflicting the same fate on his eventual victims.

Teen Wolf is a film telling the story of Scott Howard, a high school student who discovers that his family has an unusual heritage when he finds himself transforming into a werewolf.

Set sometime after the events of the original film, Brigitte uses an extract of monkshood to fight the effects of the lycanthropy that transformed her sister into a werewolf. However, when she overdoses on the solution, and is found unconscious on the street, she is confined to a drug rehabilitation clinic.

The plot concerns a squad of six British Army soldiers training in the Scottish Highlands. Expecting to carry out a routine training mission, they find the savaged remains of a special forces squad who were part of the same training exercise. The single survivor makes cryptic references to what attacked them. Unseen antagonists make their presence known in the background, and the soldiers retreat. The group encounter a zoologist who takes them to a lonely house. As darkness arrives, the house is surrounded by the attackers: to the soldiers' incredulity, these are revealed to be werewolves.

The Fitzgerald sisters Ginger and Brigitte, fascinated by the macabre, have sworn an oath: "Out by sixteen, or dead in the scene, but together forever". Outsiders at school, their only friends being each other, they live in a querulous world of their own. When they set out to take revenge on a girl who slighted them, Ginger is attacked by a wild animal: The Beast of Bailey Downs. Later that night, as Ginger's wounds miraculously heal, it is clear she is changing. Ginger wants to believe it is nothing more than the onset of puberty; but her sister Brigitte knows better

While on an expedition in Nepal, a photo-journalist and his girlfriend are attacked by a werewolf that kills her and savagely bites him. The researcher moves back to the Pacific Northwest to live in isolation with his lycanthropy until his well-intentioned sister invites him to stay with her and her son to get over the grief of losing his lover. Things soon begin to go bad, especially when the family dog, a big German Shepherd named Thor, just can't accept the werewolf among them, so they decide to fight among themselves.
