"Audi 2013 Big Game Commercial - Prom (Buddies)" This year for the Super Bowl, Audi has released three commercials and they want you to vote on the best. The winner will be played in Super Bowl XLVII. This Super Bowl commercial shows a high school senior who is getting ready for prom. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a date, so isn't really looking forward to it. On his way out the door, his dad throws him the keys to his Audi S6 sport sedan and tells him to have fun. He drives the car toward the school seeing other students also on their way in a limo. His self confidence rises dramatically while driving the Audi, and when he gets to the school, he parks in the principal's parking spot. He then walks right up to the prom queen and kisses her. Everything around them stops and kids start to cheer. The prom king runs over, and while we don't see it, the kid gets punched in the eye. We know this because we see him driving with a big black eye and a huge smile on his face with his geeky friends in the car with him telling how cool that was. The kiss was well worth getting punched, and he took his dad's advice and had fun. Mom: Look at you. So dashing! Come on, nowadays lots of people go by themselves. Sister: No they don't. Guy: Yeah. "Labatt Blue Commercial - Crossing the Border - Super Bowl 2013" This Super Bowl XLVII commercial that was only seen in certain local markets begins on the border crossing checkpoint between the United States and Canada. It shows a bear holding two 6 packs of Labatt Blue and Labatt Blue Light beer waiting to get into the US. Most people are in their cars, but he's just standing in line and is getting tired, impatient, and bored. He sits down on the hood of someone's car, but gets an angry honk which makes him stand back up quickly. When he finally gets up to the Border Patrol Agent, it is a sexy woman who decides to frisk him. She then ends up inviting him to a party at a friend's house with other agents. "Pepsi NEXT Super Bowl Commercial 2013 - Party" This Super Bowl XLVII commercial shows two guys having a huge party while their parents are away. There is loud music, a guy in a horse/unicorn head mask, people dancing in foam, and a guy in a Mexican wrestler mask sledding down the stairs. The parents come home to this mess and one guy recognizes them in the crowd and jumps through a (closed) window to get away. The kid tries to get out of trouble by saying they are just drinking Pepsi Next (and not beer/alcohol). While the parents taste this low sugar cola drink, we see a guy duct taped to the ceiling and a boy dumping a gallon of milk on his head. When the dad yells, the party stops momentarily, but he's just excited that Pepsi Next has 60% less sugar and still tastes good. What we'd like to know is what's going on in the blurred scene right before the kid picks up the cans of Pepsi Next for his parents. Kid: Uhhh, parents! Mom: Brandon! What is going on here? "2013 Get Happy Volkswagen Game Day Commercial" This Super Bowl commercial from Volkswagen begins with people talking about how much they hate Mondays during an elevator ride up to their job. A man with a Jamaican accent behind them says "No worries, mon. Everyting will be alright." When we see who was talking, it is surprisingly just some white guy - clearly not Jamaican. Later that day at work, this guy is getting angry and banging on the vending machine. The same guy comes in with his accent and tells him everything will be okay. Whether it's complimenting the coffee, telling a woman who's having a bad day to turn her frown upside down, or participating in a meeting he's always in a good mood, and always talking in this Jamaican accent. One of his co-workers actually asks to verify that he is from Minnesota because they don't understand why he talks this way. We finally learn when he offers to put a smile on everyone's face. He takes people for a ride in his new VW Beetle. When they get back, everyone is talking in the same accent and is happy and smiling too. I hate Mondays. Yeah, they're the worst. No worries, man. "Official Lincoln #SteerTheScript Super Bowl 2013 Commercial - Full Length" The Lincoln Motor Company commercial for Super Bowl XLVII was written based on Tweets from multiple people. Unfortunately, they must have taken tweets from the most boring people on Twitter because the commercial is a huge let-down. The ad begins in an open field with a narrator sitting in a leather chair. It tells the story of Adina, who was driving her Lincoln MKZ down the road on the way to a wedding. She stops to pick up a German hitchhiker. They talk about sweaters as they pass an alpaca farm (alpacas are similar to llamas) where the farmer jokingly shouts "It's the alpacalypse!" As they continue their journey, they have to stop behind some bikers because there is a large group of turtles crossing the road. After the turtles go by, the accidentally mess up a low budget space alien movie being shot in the desert by Wil Wheaton. At the end of the advert, we see Adina and the German at their own wedding being conducted by Rev Run of Run-D.M.C., and in attendance are the bikers, alpaca farmer (with alpaca), and human and alien member of the movie set. I'm going to tell you a story about a car built for individuals, but the story is driven by you with actual Tweets you sent to Jimmy Fallon. Here it goes... Adina was going to someone else's wedding. Then they got stopped by some turtles crossing the road, next to some guys with a Ph.D. in leather. And then they drove through a movie set in Palmdale, ruining the best performance of an alien ever. "2013 Hyundai Sonata Turbo - Super Bowl XLVII commercial Stuck" This commercial shows a couple driving around in their Hyundai Sonata Turbo. Why do they need the turbo model? Well, because they get stuck behind some strange vehicles while driving around, and they like the option to easily pass when they need to. First they get stuck behind an overweight man on a motorcycle who's fat butt is sticking out of his jeans. He blows the wife a kiss as they drive by. Next they end up behind a horse trailer with the horse butts and tails sticking out of the back. After this is someone in a pickup truck who is obviously moving because they have all their furniture and other property stacked up 30 ft in the air. We also see a tanker truck carrying green, corrosive toxic waste (complete with the driver in a hazmat suit); a semi loaded with fireworks with a sparking metal chain trailing behind it; a truck with no lights on hauling nuclear warheads/missiles down the highway; and their windshield is being covered in slime from two big dogs sticking their head out of an RV. At the end, we see what happens after they pass several of these vehicles - the fireworks start exploding, and movers in the pickup lose all their stuff when the pile hits an overpass. The extended version of the ad features a few other vehicles you probably don't want to get stuck behind including a bouncing car with "Just Married" written on the back pulling cans and other wedding decorations. When the Hyundai goes to pass, the windows are all fogged up and there are feet and hands pressed against the windows. "Dunder Mifflin Super Bowl Commercial 2013: Paper War with Cat" This Super Bowl XLVII commercial for Dunder Mifflin paper products will only be shown in small local markets (including Scranton, PA, of course). Dunder Mifflin is a fictional company from NBC's "The Office" sitcom, but it is a real brand of paper made by Quill.com - an child company of Staples. This Big Game ad shows a few people in an office who start a simple paper fight by flicking or throwing paper at each other. Soon the whole office is involved, and the "weapons" get a bit more creative. One guy takes a whole ream of paper out of the printer and creates nunchucks out of them by rolling up two pieces of paper and connecting them with paper clips. "2013 Hyundai Santa Fe - Super Bowl 2013 | Epic Playdate (Extended)" This Super Bowl XLVII commercial begins with a pair of awesome parents with several kids. In the morning, the dad makes an enormous pile of pancakes, and as he's bringing it to the table, one of the sons asks what they are going to do today. One of the kids then uses a spoon and launches a blueberry across the room and the lead singer from The Flaming Lips catches it with his teeth. The band starts playing their new single, "Sun Blows Up Today" and the large family starts their epic day of fun. They all run out of the house carrying skateboards and head to a skate park. Next they go out and speed and spin through a field of mud in their Hyundai Santa Fe. As they are on their way to the next place, they pass a roadside cafe and a group of bikers start following them. The kids are mildly scared, but are having more fun with it, and their parents put on the "afterburners" and speed away from the bikers. Their next stop is a natural science and history museum where they actually walk up into the caveman exhibit when they aren't supposed to so they can get some pictures. They all have to run with the overweight security guard chases them away. After escaping they head to a petting zoo where they feed (and get chased by an ostrich. They stop for a bit of yoga, which sounds lame, but one of the kids is somehow balance on one arm, totally ignoring the laws of gravity while some of the other kids are shooting lasers at alien invaders while dressed up as robots. The last stop is "human bowling" where they get in a giant rubber ball and roll down a hill to knock down pins.
