After Eddie gets treatment for his sleep apnea and stops snoring, Joy realizes that she relied on his nighttime annoyance to help her get to sleep.

McNulty uses his children to tail Stringer after a chance encounter in a local market. Greggs and Carver arrest a driver picking up a large amount of cash from the Towers from known gang members, but are forced to return the money when the driver's political connections to Senator Clay Davis are revealed. Daniels discusses his problems following the money trail with his wife Marla.

A man and woman walk through their fancy house, getting ready to go upstairs to bed. As they get into their Sleep Number bed, they make sexy eyes at each other. The woman puts her finger to the man's lips, indicating that he wait just a moment. When she turns away toward her night table, the man has apparently fallen asleep, as his snoring is heard. But thanks to the innovation of the Sleep Number bed, she is able to raise his portion of the bed, making it so his head is slightly elevated and the snoring stops. She puts her head down with a smile now that the snoring has stopped. Except the snoring hasn't stopped. Once she falls asleep, she lets out a loud snoring snort. The man's arm raises in the air, using his controller to now raise her head up to bring her noisy sleep to an end. "Take the Roar Out of Snore" Take the roar out of snore.
