Aaron Green, an intern at a major record company, has landed the job of a lifetime. His only task is to accompany Aldous Snow, an out-of-control rock star, from London to Los Angeles for a big comeback show scheduled to be held at the Greek Theater. The job turns out to be more complicated than Aaron anticipates.

The film follows the adventures of recent college graduate Matt Franklin, his twin sister Wendy, and his best friend Barry Nathan as they attempt to come to a conclusion about what they should do with their lives. Matt also pursues his dream girl Tori Fredreking at a wild Labor Day party in 1988 by telling her that he works for Goldman Sachs when in all actuality, he works at Suncoast Video.

This commercial for Cow & Gate baby food features numerous toddlers walking into a music recording studio. The babies immediately walk up to various instruments from drums, saxophones, harmonicas, bells, maracas, tambourines, chimes, guitars, banjos, basses, violins, pianos, keyboards, and much more. One of the kids goes into the sound room with all the electronic boards and equalizers, and some kids even figure out how to turn on the amplifiers in the recording room. Soon there is noise coming from all of the instruments. The noise, however, slowly turns into a recognizable song by Dexys Midnight Runners (now known as just "Dexys"). In the middle of the song, one child knocks over an electric guitar which makes a loud noise and everyone stops and starts crying because they are surprised and scared (they are just babies after all).
