They are talking while standing behind a counter with a sign above them saying, "Progressive Mobile". All of a sudden, a 1980's hit by Wang Chung starts playing, and the two of them have to start shouting to hear each other. The scene cuts away to show two guys waiting in line at night. One of them is using the Progressive Mobile app to get a car quote to pass the time, but his phone is ringing with the Wang Chung song as his ringtone. His friend is embarrassed because the girls behind them are looking at them like they are weird, so he tells him to turn it off. The guy puts his phone on vibrate, and when we next see Flo her work area is now shaking like an earthquake because they are actually inside this guy's phone. Busy in here. Yeah.
