The Clydesdale gets very upset when they pack her in a truck and drive away. An elderly patient admitted into the E.R. for a heart condition sees a familiar face, a long lost love who happens to be in the E.R. as well for a fractured arm, and the staff find themselves caught up in their love story. Meanwhile, Karev treats a troubled teenage patient Hayley, whose parents brought her in for schizophrenia, and Meredith can't help but tell Cristina about her suspicions of Owen -- which inevitably messes with Cristina's head.

When Cleveland is diagnosed with high cholesterol, Donna puts him on a new high-fiber diet, which causes an intestinal backlash. Cleveland sees his doctor, who he hopes will be able to treat his uncontrollable flatulence. He is disappointed when the doctor tells him his farts are normal and are caused by the amount of fiber in his diet. In order to reduce Cleveland's embarrassment, the doctor gives him a "fart card" to help him bypass the social stigma. The card makes other characters more accepting of Cleveland's bad habit, even a police officer who backs off on arresting Cleveland after Cleveland flashes his fart card. Things take a turn for the better when Cleveland realizes his gas might score him a few points in the Broken Stool's karaoke contest. Everyone but Donna is impressed.

Honest is a black comedy crime film released in 2000. The film was the directorial debut of ex-Eurythmics member Dave Stewart and starred Peter Facinelli and three members of the British/Canadian girl group All Saints: sisters Nicole and Natalie Appleton and Melanie Blatt. The plot follows the antics of three gun-toting, streetwise, saucy sisters in Swinging London in the late 1960s. Honest received blistering reviews with one critic remarking, "It is the worst kind of rubbish, the kind that makes you angry you have wasted 105 minutes of your life." However, the Sunday Times gave it 4 stars and called it a "cult classic" à la Amazon Women on the Moon. The film was screened out of competition at the 2000 Cannes Film Festival.

Most of the main cast members from the first film returned for the sequel, including Candy Clark, Ron Howard, Paul Le Mat, Cindy Williams, Mackenzie Phillips, Charles Martin Smith, and Harrison Ford in a cameo appearance. Richard Dreyfuss was the only principal cast member from the original film not to appear in the sequel.
