After welcoming the Jabbawockeez to his show, Clash of the Cupcakes, in which he is the host, Dev is ecstatic to hang out with his friend Francesca, who he grew close with in Italy. She is visiting with her boyfriend, who is here for business. Dev is later invited to a dinner party by his show's producer, a world-renowned chef and TV host, Jeff. After a bad date with Priya, Dev asks his friend Tanvi who he should take to the dinner party. He takes Francesca, and the two run into his friend Ravi and John Legend, who performs while there. He and Francesca have a good time, and later Dev is pulled aside by Jeff, who sees clearly that Dev likes her. Dev does not act on his feelings, and says goodbye to Francesca later that night, who is leaving back for Italy.

Hank, Runkle and the rest of the guys from the film-project group have dinner with an important investor. Afterwards when they go to the investor's house, things get complicated when Runkle accidentally kills the investor's pet monkey. The investor dies from an erotic act.
