Description

Naomi is forced by the college dean to work with her arch-nemises Holly to throw a campus Halloween costume party, leading to unfortunate consequences as the party gets larger and more out of control. Navid's plan to bring down Amal is threatened by bad luck and Navid's incopetence in working undercover with the police. Silver discovers that her boss and political candidate Marissa Harris-Young is not who she appears to be. Meanwhile, Adrianna handcuffs herself to Dixon in an attempt to get him to stay sober which proves to be a difficult task. Also, Annie must decide if she wants to give Patrick another chance.
