Description

Walden decides to buy Charlie's house and allows Alan and Jake to stay, as he has grown to like them. When he goes to buy the house however, he gets in an intense bidding war with Victor Bue (Wes Craven), an old man wanting to spend his last years in paradise. Walden and Victor get in a bidding war. Meanwhile, Rose is investigated for murdering Charlie, but a video shows Charlie slipped on a spilt soda and died. Rose then talks Victor out of it, who turns out to be her grandfather, expaining her pain. Rose then moves away and Victor buys her house.
