Alex DeLarge is the charismatic and psychopathic delinquent whose pleasures are classical music (especially Beethoven), rape, and ultraviolence. He is leader of a small gang of thugs. Alex narrates most of the film in "Nadsat", the fractured contemporary adolescent argot comprising Slavic (especially Russian), English, and Cockney rhyming slang. A Clockwork Orange features disturbing, violent imagery to facilitate social commentary on psychiatry, youth gangs, and other topics in a futuristic dystopian England.

In 19th century India, three British soldiers and a native waterbearer must stop a secret mass revival of the murderous Thuggee cult before it can rampage across the land.

Set in 1935, a year before Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones narrowly escapes the clutches of a Shanghai crime boss. At the nearby Nang Tao airport, with nightclub singer Willie Scott and his ten-year-old sidekick Short Round, Indiana escapes from Shanghai. En route to India, their plane crashes in the mountains. After a dangerous ride down the Himalayan mountains and a raging river, the trio eventually come to a desolate village in India. After arriving in India, Indiana Jones is asked by a desperate village to find a mystical stone. He agrees, stumbling upon a Kali Thuggee religious cult plotting child slavery, black magic and ritual human sacrifice.

The Big Bang Theory is a sitcom about two male prodigies in their twenties, Leonard, an experimental physicist and the Sheldon a theoretical physicist, who work at Caltech and live across the hall from a blonde waitress named Penny who has show-biz aspirations. Leonard and Sheldon's geekiness and intellect are contrasted with Penny's social skills and common sense for comedic effect. Two equally geeky friends of theirs, Howard and Rajesh, are also main characters. * The Big Bang Theory received two 2014 Golden Globe Nominations for "Best TV Comedy or Musical" and "Best Actor in a TV Comedy" (Jim Parsons).
