Homecoming is a "psychological thriller that centers on Heidi, a caseworker at a secret government facility, and a soldier eager to rejoin civilian life." * Julia Roberts as Heidi Bergman, Walter's caseworker, who is employed at a secret government facility. * Stephan James as Walter Cruz, a young military veteran and client of the Homecoming facility who is eager to rejoin civilian life. * Bobby Cannavale as Colin Belfast, Heidi's supervisor. * Shea Whigham as Thomas Carrasco, a bureaucrat from the Department of Defense investigating the Homecoming Transitional Support Center. * Alex Karpovsky as Craig, an employee at the Homecoming facility.

Job travels to New York and breaks into Rabbit's brother's church. Just before Job can shoot Rabbit, he's captured by Rabbit's brother. Job manages to break free of his restraints and engages Rabbit's men in a shootout before escaping the church and being hit by a car. In Banshee, Proctor is visited by his mother and they have their first heart to heart conversation in years. Burton executes one of the skin heads whom Emmett beat up in the previous episode for betraying Proctor's trust and telling the cops about the meth lab. Burton then attempts to kill Juliette, the stripper that helped Hood arrest Proctor, but Rebecca helps her escape, causing the distrust between Rebecca and Burton to grow. Carrie moves back in with Gordon and their children, and Hood and Siobhan grow closer. While they're together Job phones Hood, telling him he's found Rabbit and is at New York Presbyterian hospital with a concussion. Siobhan is frustrated by Hood's behavior but he just says he's sorry and rushes to Carrie's house to tell her about Job and Rabbit. She tells Gordon she has to leave. Gordon, distraught, holds Hood at gunpoint. Carrie tells Gordon that Hood is Deva's father before departing with him to New York. After managing to rescue Job from assassins sent by Rabbit, Hood and Carrie prepare for an all-out assault against Rabbit and his brother.

A year has passed since the road accident and a lot has changed for the Walkers. Justin has spent the year in the army leaving Rebecca alone to deal with her mother who has amnesia. Robert is in a coma, but Kitty refuses to let him go. Kevin and Scotty are distant after their surrogate loses their baby. Sarah is throwing herself into work and Nora is refusing to get involved in her children's problems.

Claire is back among the survivors, but still has no memory beyond the plane flight. Ethan confronts Charlie, threatening to kill the other castaways one by one until he gets Claire back. Despite security measures, Scott is murdered. With the guns from the briefcase and Claire as bait, Jack, Kate, Locke, Sayid and Sawyer set a trap and Ethan is captured. Although the plan is to keep Ethan alive, a vengeful Charlie kills him. In flashbacks, Charlie tries to get drug money by stealing from a rich girl.

It's the first day back on the job, for Andy and Nick, as they adjust back to their old lives. Andy ends up working with Sam and tries to put the past behind her, as they deal with a bank robbery. Nick tries to get back in Gail's good graces and gets some advice from a citizen he helps. Meanwhile, Frank has a surprise for Noelle.

Tessa returns to Chatswin after spending the summer in Manhattan with her grandmother. Upon returning, she continues to be interested in her mother's life and decides to perform at the local talent show. While Jill is out of town for a book tour, Noah tries to get Carmen, Dallas' maid, to work for him. Lisa blackmails Sheila and Fred, after telling them she knows that Ryan is adopted.

Mike and Frankie must decide whether to attend Axl's football game or Sue's first cross-country meet; after raking the yard, Brick wants to set the leaves free in the forest.

After disappearing seven years ago, a now 28 year old Prairie Johnson returns to her parents, Nancy and Abel. Prairie disappeared blind, but now she can see, and insists that her name is "The OA". She does not reveal how she regained her eyesight, nor where she has been for the past seven years, although she makes vague allusions to being held hostage with others. OA tells Steve, a neighborhood bully, that she will save him from being sent to boot camp in Asheville, if he presents her with four other strong people. That night, OA meets Steve in an abandoned house with three other boys from his school, "French", Buck, and Jesse, along with their teacher, Betty Broderick-Allen ("BBA"). She tells them that she was born in Russia as Nina Azarov, the daughter of a powerful oligarch. One day, following a premonition she had, the mafia knocked the bus of the oligarch's children into a river. Nina died and had an NDE where a woman named Khatun gave her the choice of returning to life. Nina came back blind after Khatun told her she would take her sight to protect her from the horrible things lying ahead.
